The University Placement Department (UPD) has been established to provide guidance to students on educational opportunities in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Switzerland.

UPD provides the following services to all our students:

• Assistance in processing all applications made to linked universities (some universities charge an application fee)
• Counseling on study options in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Switzerland.
• Visa application services
• Assistance in applying for on-campus accommodation at the university
• Group bookings of flight
• Assistance in arranging for airport reception with the university
• Provide TOEFL examination information
• Transcript Applications for American University Program students
• University Application, Student Visa Application and Pre-Departure Seminars
• Organize University briefings from various university representatives

UPD Resource Center
UPD has a comprehensive resource center which houses catalogs, prospectuses, bulletins, pamphlets, brochures, videotapes, CDs and VCDs from various universities. The UPD resource center is equipped with a multimedia computer with Internet access for students to research universities, university applications, accommodation applications, visa applications etc. Students are urged to make full use of the resource center to do their research in order to choose the right university, the right major and the right course.

UPD Notice Board
The UPD notice board (right outside the office) carries useful information and news concerning seminars, workshops, talks, briefings by university representatives and the latest happenings in the department. Students are therefore advised to check the notice board frequently.
