The Student Services Department (SSD) helps to create and support a conducive educational environment to facilitate the realisation of the students' academic goals. Education involves more than academic pursuits. The SSD, therefore, provides opportunities for students to prepare themselves for the responsibilities they will undertake in their future workplace. SSD personnel are always available to counsel and advise students.

The SSD also serves as a contact point for the student to air their grievances and get help during emergency situations, and acts as a consultant to staff/School on student-related matters.

Notices

All students are advised to refer to the notice boards in the College for up-dated information. Notices will be put up on SSD Notice Boards and INTIMA Notice Boards outside the respective offices.

Lost and Found
The SSD runs a Lost and Found counter where students can claim lost items. Students are requested to hand over lost and found items to the SSD. A general proof of ownership is needed to reclaim any lost item.

Student Helpers
Students who are interested to work on-campus may sign up with the SSD. Students working on-campus part-time jobs are paid at a rate of RM 5.00 an hour.

Counselling Grievances Procedures
Students can report any non-academic grievances to the SSD. Students may file a question, complaint, statement of grievances in person or in writing or fill a customer complaint form.

Student Mail/Parcel/Courier Service
Students may request their mail to be directed to the College c/o SSD. Collection of mail can be done during office hours. A student is required to produce their Student ID Cards upon collecting their mail. Though the department takes precautionary measures in ensuring that no student's mail is lost, the department is not responsible for any loss of mail items.
