Diploma in Computer Studies offers students a wide variety of technical skills and hand-on experiences as expected within the computing industry. It covers a substantial number of programming languages and is not limited to C++, JAVA, and Visual Basic only. It covers multimedia, web development, databases, and operating systems. The course also places an emphasis on the important aspect of business communication skills, preparing students to interact efectively in the workplace with future clients or customers as well as equipping them to interact effectively with their academic peers in further studies.
Upon completion, students may choose to go straight into employment or to further their education in computing degree courses.
